Rental terms and conditions

Please ensure you read and understand all rental terms and conditions before proceeding with your booking. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Driver requirements

A valid driver's license is required for all operators.

Minimum age

All renters and operators must be at least 18 years old for all watercraft rentals.

Waiver

All renters, operators, and adult passengers must sign the waiver and release of liability agreement.

Reservations and damage deposit

Please ensure you read and understand all rental terms and conditions before proceeding with your booking. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Accepted payment types

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

Credit card on file

A valid credit card is required on file for a damage deposit and is charged only if the watercraft or other property is damaged.

Pre-rental and post-rental checks

The renter and a Sail Grand dock team member check the watercraft together before departure and again upon return.

Arrival timing

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled reservation time to complete paperwork and check-out procedures.

Late arrivals and no-shows

Rental times cannot be extended if the renter is late. If you are running late, call ahead. No-calls and no-shows will be charged for the full rental and the watercraft may be reassigned.
