Rental cancellations
Before finalizing your booking, make sure to review the cancellation policy thoroughly. Understanding these terms will help you avoid unexpected fees and ensure a smooth rental experience.
Renters may cancel with at least 10 days' notice before the scheduled reservation and only lose a $25 booking fee.
If cancellation happens after the notice window, the fee is 50 percent of the rental.
No-shows and day-of cancellations are charged for the full rental.
Deposits are refunded in full when inclement weather prevents the rental.
Yacht charters may only be cancelled due to inclement weather. When that happens, the full deposit is refunded.
